History
ATSG was formed over fourteen years ago, doing business as the Associated Technical Services Group. Our goal was to provide superior engineering and technical support for modifications to aircraft in all branches of the United States Military. We have worked as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin, Boeing Aerospace, and Goodrich Aerospace.

Our work focuses upon providing technical and engineering expertise, to include design and production of prototype and production structural and electrical installation drawings, new and revised technical publications and data packages, as well as retrofit illustrations.

Over the years, we have expanded our operations to include management and supervision of modification/maintenance efforts on-site customer locations and in war zones around the world. We support the war fighter.

Our expanding business base, and wish to be co-located with our customer, resulted in ATSG forming ATSG, LLC in 1999. This saw ATSG move to Alabama to participate as a major s subcontractor for a major Army program. Also, as a Limited Liability Company, we were able to reduce our administrative overhead to better focus our resources on the customer.

In the following year, ATSG expanded its reach to Jacksonville Florida, where we began to support NAVAIR at NAS Jacksonville. Increased support to both the Army and Navy resulted in further expansion and diversification of our company. In 2001, ATSG reorganized as ATSG Aeronautic and Resource Corporation, becoming a Florida Corporation. Today, our permanent base of operations is Jacksonville.

In 2005, to rationalize line functions, we split the company into two operating units: ATSG Logistic Support Service; and, ATSG Engineering Support Service. Today, we remain committed to providing excellent aircraft maintenance and engineering support services.
